About the therapist
Hello, I'm Songqin (嵩勤). I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Expressive Arts Practitioner in Ontario, currently studying Art Therapy and Expressive Arts Therapy. My work integrates trauma-informed psychotherapy with somatic and creative approaches. I understand each person’s lived experience as layered, shaped by culture, identity, relationships, community, and broader social contexts. Together, we can make space for these different layers with curiosity and care.
